These Terms govern your use of media.ohmo.ai, the OHMO AI newsletter, and any paid subscription, and any digital products we sell (together, the "Service"), operated by OHMO AI ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
You must be at least 16 to subscribe, and at least 18 (or have a parent's permission) to buy a paid subscription or product. You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the Service, including by scraping it, disrupting it, or using it for anything unlawful.
All newsletters, guides, articles, graphics and other material on the Service belong to us or our licensors. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts with credit to OHMO AI. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute our content (including paid content) without written permission.
Price and billing: Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable taxes, or say where taxes are added.
Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We'll show the renewal terms at checkout, and for annual plans email you a reminder before renewal.
Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from your account or the link in our emails. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Price changes: we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first.
Refunds: see section 4 below.
Account sharing: paid access is for you personally. Don't share your login or forward paid content in bulk.
You can cancel any time from your account settings or the manage-subscription link in our emails. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
First 14 days: if you're not happy, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
Renewals: monthly renewals aren't refunded once charged, but you can cancel before the next one. For annual plans, if you email us within 14 days of a renewal charge, we'll refund it.
If you live in the EU or UK, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Email [email protected] with your order email.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
OHMO AI is free to read because of sponsors and partners. Here's how we keep that honest.
Sponsored: a brand paid for the placement. Every sponsored newsletter section, social post or article is marked "Sponsored" or "Ad" at the top, not buried at the end.
Affiliate links: some links earn us a commission if you sign up or buy, at no extra cost to you. We mark these, or note it clearly in the issue or post.
Free access or gifts: if a company gives us free access to a tool we review, we say so.
Sponsors don't get to change our editorial content or buy positive coverage in our news stories.
We only feature tools and products we believe are relevant and legitimate for our readers.
We don't run sponsored content for scams, get-rich-quick schemes, or products we'd be embarrassed to recommend.
We never share your personal information with sponsors. They only receive aggregated, anonymous audience statistics.
OHMO AI sells one-off digital products like guides, templates and wallpapers ("Products"). These are single purchases, not subscriptions.
Buying
Prices are shown in [AUD/USD] before you pay and include any applicable taxes. You'll get access straight after payment, by email or download link. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email [email protected]. Download links can expire, so keep a copy. If yours expires, email us and we'll resend it.
Your licence
Buying a Product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. We keep ownership.
Guides: use them for yourself or your own business. Don't resell, share, upload or repackage them, including into courses or products you sell.
Wallpapers and images: use them on your own devices and personal profiles. Don't resell them, print them for sale, put them on merch, mint them as NFTs, upload them to stock sites, or use them in ads or commercial work without our written permission. Wallpapers aren't exclusive, so other buyers get the same files. Some Products are made with the help of AI tools.
Refunds
Products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so we don't give refunds for change of mind. We'll fix the problem or refund you in full if:
the file is broken or won't open;
you never received it;
it's significantly different from how we described it; or
you were charged twice by mistake.
Email [email protected] with your order email and what went wrong. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
EU and UK customers
At checkout you'll agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access begins. The refunds for faulty or missing Products above still apply.
Updates and discontinued Products
We may update guides to keep them current, but we don't have to. If we stop selling a Product, any files you've already downloaded are yours to keep.
Payment disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge. We refund genuine problems quickly. While a dispute is open, we may pause access to that Product.
Not advice.
Everything OHMO AI publishes — newsletters, guides, social posts and website content — is general information and education. It isn't financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice, and it doesn't consider your personal circumstances. Get advice from a qualified professional before making decisions that matter.
No guaranteed results.
When we share ways to use AI tools to earn money or grow a business, any examples, figures or case studies are illustrations, not promises. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market and many factors outside our control. You could earn nothing, or lose money you spend on tools or courses.
AI tools change fast.
Features, pricing, terms and availability of the tools we cover change often. Information was accurate when published but may be outdated. Always check the tool's own site before relying on it.
Use of AI in our content.
We use AI tools to help research, write and create images for some of our content. A human reviews what we publish, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, tell us at [email protected] and we'll correct it.
Third parties.
Mentioning a product or company isn't an endorsement unless we say so, and we're not responsible for third-party products, services or websites.
We link to and write about third-party AI tools, websites and products. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or how they handle your data. Use them at your own risk and check their terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.To the extent the law allows, we provide the Service "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from decisions you make based on our content. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it's limited to resupplying the Service or refunding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. We may also change or discontinue parts of the Service. If we end a paid subscription for reasons other than your breach, we'll refund the unused portion.
We may update these Terms. We'll update the effective date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country.
